How It Works

GSD Skill Creator operates through a six-step workflow that transforms your daily Claude Code usage into reusable, portable knowledge. Each step builds on the previous one, creating a self-reinforcing learning loop.

The Six Steps

1. Observe — Watch tool sequences and user corrections during sessions
2. Detect — Identify repeating patterns (3+ occurrences triggers suggestion)
3. Suggest — Present candidate skills for user review and approval
4. Create — Generate validated skill files with proper metadata
5. Refine — Bounded improvements based on usage feedback (max 20% change)
6. Compose — Auto-generate agents from co-activation patterns
